The wait is over for Epping Forest A Level students as they collected their results today. Celebrations followed by confirmation of progression onto the next stage of their careers including places at university.
Amongst those celebrating were eleven students who gained the new A* grade at A2 including five in photography and three in Psychology.
At A2 level, eight subject areas achieved a 100% pass rate including Mathematics, Accounting, Philosophy, Performing Arts and Graphic Design.
The College is building on it’s A Level success and following the introduction last year of additional subjects, the A level provision now has its own dedicated wing within the new campus building.
Commenting on A Level provision at Epping Forest College, Vice Principal Learning and Teaching, Gerry Billington said:
“Epping Forest College is committed to continue developing A Level provision in line with the fantastic progress being made across all areas of the College. The results are very much in line with our expectations and show an overall improvement compared with last year. We are particularly pleased with the number of A* achievers and the areas that achieved 100% pass rates.”
