If you are interested in creative butchery and want to learn new skills for home cookery, please join us for a brand new course"Make More with Meat".
Our Master Butcher will give you valuable cookery tips whilst teaching you meat preparation which will include boning, rolling and stuffing various joints of meat.
The course is set for Saturday 12th May, from 10.00am - 3.30pm and will cost £75. This includes all the meats and ingredients for the day.
